Job Introduction
As a conference and banqueting assistant, your role will involve supporting C&B Supervisors in the day-to-day operation of the department, managing conferences, weddings, events, and private celebrations.
During this period, commitment to seasonal hours is required, which may include weekends, Christmas Day (paid x2), and Boxing Day (paid x1.5).
Role Responsibilities
* Ensure every guest receives a warm greeting upon arrival.
* Deliver the highest standards in conference and banqueting service.
* Pay attention to detail, consistently providing service with pride, purpose, and precision.
* Ensure correct setup of function rooms and public areas, maintaining high standards.
* Serve food and beverages during events.
* Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and resolve issues effectively.
* Maintain harmonious relationships with staff members.
