We are a busy, multi-disciplinary medical, dental and aesthetic centre providing high-quality care to our patients. We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, professional and welcoming service.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the smooth running of our clinic. This is a senior role requiring excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient coordination between medical, dental and aesthetic services.
* Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and maintain up-to-date policies, audits and procedures.
* Support and supervise staff across different specialities, fostering a positive, professional working environment.
* Handle HR-related matters including recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, training and employee relations.
* Develop and implement systems to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
* Monitor and manage budgets, stock control and supplier relationships.
* Act as the central point of communication between clinicians, administrative staff and owners.
Qualifications
* Previous management experience (minimum 2 years) in a dental setting.
* Proficiency in Software of Excellence (Exact) and Office package
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multi-disciplinary team.
* HR experience including recruitment, training and staff management.
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
* Business-minded approach with experience in budgeting, resource planning and process improvement.
* Confident communicator with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of marketing or business development within a clinical environment desirable but not essential.
* Registered Dental Nurse, desirable but not essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
