Our client, a sales and marketing company in Brighton, is looking for young-spirited, driven, and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service team members with full-time equivalent availability and fantastic communication skills. Due to high client demand for new customers, you'll start immediately in their growing sales team. You'll receive comprehensive client training to fully understand who you're representing, the business structure, and how to maximize your potential in the role, directly contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience, supporting overall business development
To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics, and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
To speak with members of the public within residential and events campaigns face-to-face with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness, and produce sales on behalf of your client
To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them for effective business development .
Requirements for this role:
Customer-facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful; no experience required
Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability and contribute to business development
No qualifications needed
Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Brighton (5 days a week)
Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
