About Our Client
We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded electrical supplier that manufactures and distributes a broad range of facilities-related products. Their core customer base includes major retail groups and businesses within the general construction sector. Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
* Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
* Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues
* Order fault testing & production oversight
* Reviewing product & project technical drawings
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service
* Work with suppliers and shipping teams to track and manage deliveries
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and order details in CRM systems
* Support account managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
* Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels
* Assist in processing invoices and verifying payment details
* Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations
* Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience QA/Sales support functions within similar trades, and/or electrical wholesale
* Experience in product fault testing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and support the sales team
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
* Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
