First Officers with a minimum of 2,500 total hours and 500 A320 hours are eligible for the Senior First Officer position!

Minimum Requirements
* Valid A320 type rating
* Valid Mexican ATPL/ frozen ATPL or CPL(CPL license holders must obtain ATPL frozen within one year)
* Minimum 100 hours on A320F + 1500 Multi Crew Hours
* Valid Class 1 medical
* Minimum English ICAO level 4
Payments:Estimated yearly income for First Officers 62K.
Avion Express's payment structure is divided into two operational seasons:
Summer Season(April 1st– October 31st)
* Senior FO: 5,000 Eur + 10 BH
* FO: 4,000 Eur + 10 BH
Winter Season(November 1st– March 31st)
* Senior FO: 3,000 Eur + 25 BH
* FO: 3,000 Eur + 25 BH
Roster Options
We have 3 roster models. Depending on operational needs, you will be assigned to one of these options:
1. 5 Consecutive days off if flying from home base
2. POS-20-POS 8 if flying in Mexico, but living in different Mexican city
3. 2POS- 30- 2POS- 13 if flying outside Mexico
