Are you a recruitment sales leader with deep knowledge of the industrial or driving /temporary workers market across multi sectors in the Midlands and North ?

This is abrand-new, senior-level opportunityto shape regional business development in a respected and growing multi sector recruitment company. With an already-strong presence in the Midlands and Yorkshire area, this role offers huge scope forexpansion, autonomy, and progression with potential forequity and board-level involvement.
If you are aRegional Recruitment Manager /Sales Director / Recruitment Sales Manager and are Midlands or Yorkshire based you can work from home or a network of offices of local offices,you choose .You will manage your own time and diary visiting new sites,clients and offices but no expectation of overnight stays or out of hours on calls.
Role
AsRegional Recruitment Manager /Sales Director / Recruitment Sales Manager, youll spearheadnew business growth across multiple sitesin the Midlands and Yorkshire, focusing on theindustrial, driving and high volume recruitment markets, as well as commercial and technical sectors where relevant.
This is asales role that does not involve you personally billing purely focused on business development, key client relationships, and regional growth. Youll work hand-in-hand with high-performing internal recruitment teams to deliver outstanding service without being involved in day-to-day delivery.
Responsibilities
* Leadmulti-site business development effortsacross the Midlands and Yorkshire
* Identify, win, and developnew temporary and permanent recruitment partnerships
* Conduct regularon-site client meetingsto build trust and long-term relationships
* Promote a range of services acrossindustrial, driving, commercial, and technicalrecruitment
* Collaborate closely with recruitment and training teams to ensure excellent service delivery
* Play a key role instrategic planning and long-term regional growth
Experience
* Proven track record inrecruitment sales, ideally within theindustrial ,driving, generalist and the temporary sector.
* Experience selling bothtemp and permsolutions acrossmulti-site operations
* Strong knowledge of theMidlands and Yorkshire recruitment market
* Established client network and ability to convert warm leads into key accounts
* Confident in anon-billing rolethat focuses solely on sales, strategy, and relationships
Consideration will be given to all levels of Business Development Managers and Sales Recruitment Consultants that want to move away from a personal billing delivery role with sector knowledge of the temporary markets in the Midlands and/or North .
