Ritter Fresh is our Butchery and Seafood production department within Ritter Courivaud. Our people are the heart of our business. We are seeking two experienced individuals, one to supervise butchery production and another one to supervise seafood products at Ritter Fresh. The roles are crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction, traceability, and product safety through the quality and accuracy of raw materials and finished products, strong product knowledge and attention to detail will be key. Core Role * Work closely with the Production Manager to coach, monitor, and drive the production team in the Butchery/Seafood department. * Ensure finished products are produced to meet specifications and customer requirements. * Monitor and control inventory in the department with a focus on quality and availability. * Maintain high standards of product safety and hygiene in the department.
