The Role
This role exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of commercial aspects of our projects, with support from your Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities
* To support the Commercial Manager in all aspects of the role;
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project scopes;
* Preparation, submission and negotiation of interim valuations, variations and final accounts;
* Ensuring compliance with contract conditions (e.g. JCT, NEC) and company commercial procedures;
* Procurement and management of subcontractors and supplier packages;
* Cost reporting and financial forecasting;
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with Client and Project Team.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree Qualified;
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry with 4+ years of experience.
