We are working in partnership with a thriving secondary school to recruit a passionate Health & Social Care Teacher to join their successful Social Science department from April 2026 .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner to deliver high-quality vocational education, teaching T-Level Health and BTEC Health & Social Care across Key Stages 45 and supporting students as they prepare for careers within the healthcare sector.
The Role
Deliver engaging and practical lessons in T-Level Health
Teach BTEC Health & Social Care (desirable)
Prepare students for further study and careers in healthcare professions
Contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking vocational department
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Relevant Level 6 qualification within a healthcare-related field
Occupational experience in healthcare (e.g. nursing, clinical practice, health sector lecturing)
Ability to teach T-Level Health programmes
Experience teaching BTEC Health & Social Care (advantageous)
A strong commitment to improving outcomes for learners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach
