As Senior Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the quality team and managing resources to meet objectives
Owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)
Coordinating internal audits and managing external assessments
Handling customer complaints, non-conformances, and CAPA processes
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business
As Senior Quality Engineer, your experience will include:
Proven background in quality management within manufacturing or engineering
Strong working knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 9001, and audit processes
Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, or SPC
Internal or lead auditor qualification
Ideally, exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SC21
