Artemis are looking for an energetic, proactive Evening Manager to become a key part of our operations team based at Clock Barn. As a pivotal member of the events team, you’ll oversee the event during evening operations, support every department, and ensure our weddings, events and guests receive an unforgettable service. With 15 prestigious venues across the UK, Artemis is committed to developing the best talent in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Act as Duty Manager for evening operations. Support all departments including events, bar and kitchen. Complete evening reports and contribute to weekly operations meetings. Assist guests with any queries or issues during events. Ensure the venue always looks immaculate during an event. Carry out stock takes for F&B items and place supplier orders. Help prepare spaces for upcoming events. Assist with the catering at showrounds and open events. Participate in deep cleaning across departments to uphold venue standards. What We’re Looking For A confident, organised, and proactive hospitality professional. Experience in events, hotels, or hospitality management roles (preferred but not essential). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural focus on guest satisfaction. Tech-friendly and comfortable with basic systems and reporting. Flexible to work evenings and weekends. Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the venue’s location.
