Account Manager (Print) required to work in Sheffield, office-based Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and develop strong client relationships within your portfolio, driving sales growth and enhancing clients' brands.
2. Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
3. Achieve high client satisfaction scores through regular surveys.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
5. Process orders accurately and ensure timely booking into production.
6. Comply with all Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times.
7. Participate proactively in the development, operation, and improvement of the Company's Management Systems related to external accreditations and legal obligations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and Health and Safety.
Skills Required
1. Experience in the print industry and knowledge of Direct Mail (DM) – Essential
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills – Essential
3. 2+ years of account development experience – Desirable
4. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude – Essential
5. Team-oriented with a commitment to success – Essential
6. Honest, ethical, and professional approach – Essential
7. Willingness to travel as required – Desirable
8. Flexible approach to working hours – Essential
9. UK driving license – Desirable
10. Legally entitled to work in the UK – Essential
