Receptionist - Band - Link Grade
We are looking for a pro-active, motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment within the Outpatient and Pre op assessment Department. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working in the NHS or though this is not essential. Applicants should be well organised with excellent communicational skills and able to work well under pressure and be a key team player. Computer literacy and good customer service skills are a must although full training will be given.
We are pleased to be able to offer this exciting opportunity to play a vital role in planning and delivering this service in the future.
This post is full time hours. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts covering from to pm Monday to Friday

1. Job Summary:
To provide a professional and efficient reception service to the Directorate, ensuring that all patients and visitors are welcomed to the department in an appropriate manner whilst adhering to the Trust Policy on Data Quality.
To provide a professional, comprehensive, and effective administration support service to the administration, nursing and the wider medical teams.
