Solicitor – Family Associate – Bristol – 1‑5 Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
* Nuptial agreements and wealth protection
* Contested financial remedy proceedings
* Cohabitation cases
* Complex children law matters
* Domestic abuse injunctions
* Advising high net worth and international clients on complex family law issues
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
* Collaborating with partners and senior team members on high-profile cases
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 1‑5 years PQE in family law
* Experience with high net worth/ultra‑high net worth clients, complex financial remedy proceedings, and complex children cases (desired)
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
* A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to work
* Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication skills under pressure and ability to act as a positive role model
