Key Responsibilities
1. Providing high-level PA and administrative support to a small team of fee earners, including Partners and Associates
2. Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
3. Preparing correspondence, reports, and legal documents (including digital dictation and amending documents in Word)
4. Handling incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally and efficiently
5. File and document management, both paper and electronic (including use of a case/document management system)
6. Supporting billing processes, time recording, and expense management
7. Liaising with clients and third parties on behalf of fee earners when required
8. General office support including scanning, printing, and archiving
About You
9. Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a commercial law firm
10. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systems
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
13. Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
14. A team player with a positive, proactive approach
15. Willingness to work full-time from the office in central Manchester
