Maintenance Manager

Are you an Electrical Engineer, Supervisor or Manager with experience in pumps and motors from a Manufacturing, Industrial or Plant environment, looking to take the next step in your career within an international group offering long-term stability and involvement in key electrical projects?
In this role, you will have full autonomy in managing a small team of engineers within a well‑equipped facility, alongside a bonus scheme and excellent company benefits.
As an international group that specialises in producing raw materials and resin‑based products for the wider chemical industry, we are looking for the right person to join our management team due to an upcoming retirement.
The Role
* Manage a team of electrical engineers.
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, including PPMs, breakdowns and HSE.
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of site electrical assets, including pumps, motors, control panels and associated equipment.
* Maintain strong health and safety practices.
The Person
* Engineering experience within Manufacturing, Industrial or Plant Environments.
* Electrical background focusing on pumps, motors and control panels.
* Commutable to the Croydon area.
