We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team for the Anglian Water contract based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich - Whitlingham, with a mix of office/site visits and remote work.
Hours: Permanent, full-time, with flexible hours available upon discussion.
Responsibilities
The Delivery Manager will oversee the Anglian Water IOS contract, working across disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control & Automation. The role involves managing construction, replacement, or repair projects at water treatment facilities across the region, ensuring strategic objectives are met through to BAU, with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
Daily Tasks
* Manage revenue and margins according to budgets; develop detailed delivery plans aligned with business goals.
* Plan contract execution, resource allocation, and working methods to meet deadlines.
* Develop efficient teams to outperform targets while minimizing operational risks and maintaining controls.
* Collaborate across departments and with partners to optimize resource utilization and performance standards.
Candidate Profile
This role suits someone with:
* Comprehensive knowledge of H&S legislation, Water Law, Water Regulations, HSWA, and CDM.
* Proven ability to manage teams effectively, ensuring high standards in customer service, water quality, and health & safety.
* Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and environmental standards.
