Here at Chipping Norton Veterinary Hospital, we are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The role includes assisting with routine consultations, operations, and diagnostics.

* RCVS‑accredited tier 3 Veterinary hospital
* Team of 14 Veterinary Surgeons, 14 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Student Registered Nurses, 6 Animal Nursing Assistants
* Full lab facilities, DR x‑ray system, dental x‑ray, 64‑slice CT scanner, flexible and rigid endoscopes, ultrasound scanner with colour Doppler, full orthopaedic kit
Responsibilities
Assist with routine consultations, operations, diagnostics and internal medicine cases. Support exotic pet and radioiodine therapy referrals and outpatient CT scanning.
Qualifications
* Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal medicine
* Strong interest in internal medicine
* RCVS accreditation
Work / Life Balance
Full‑time rota 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, 4 days a week. 1 in 3 Saturday shifts 8:30 am – 2:00 pm, 1 in 10 on call. Flexible rota patterns available to suit individual needs.

Salary
£37,000 – £55,000 a year, up to £55,000 DOE.
