The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This role encompasses managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role involves supporting clients across all media globally, requiring excellent project management skills to handle deadlines and diverse requirements. Planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and maintaining communication with Project Managers and team leaders are crucial to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas and oversee their successful delivery.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping track of all jobs daily.
* Update team members on project statuses regularly.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available.
* Act as the communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. A willingness to learn relevant software and demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills is essential. The candidate should be proactive, personable, and maintain a positive attitude.
