We value continuous development and support, but it would be helpful if you:
* Have awareness of adult social care services and relevant legislation, such as The Care Act 2014.
* Possess good project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
* Can work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2 classification, attained within the last 3 years; degrees in any field are accepted.

The role's salary is Grade 12, starting at £28,598 per annum, increasing to a final salary of Grade 11, £32,597, over the scheme's duration.
The 2-year fixed-term Graduate Scheme involves two stages:
1. CV submission, sifted based on entry criteria.
2. Service-specific formal interview for shortlisted candidates.
