Overview
We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide care and support for a young gentleman in Biford within his own him.
The role involves providing support at home and out in the community.
Responsibilities
* Promote independence and choice
* Provide personal care
* Support with medication
* Support accessing the community
* Preparing meals
* Ensuring a safe environment
Shifts
Wake nights – 8:30pm–8:30am. Regular rota 3/4 nights a week.
Requirements
* Experience in care
* Clear DBS
* Driving is not essential however recommended
* Please note we are not offering sponsorships at this time
