Job Title: Workplace Ambassador
Location: Head Office
The Workplace Ambassador reports to the Facilities Manager and serves as the local point of contact, focusing on the customer experience. They own the Front of House services, including Reception, Switchboard, and other site-related duties.
The role involves supporting the delivery of facilities services in an effective, efficient, and compliant manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service
* Manage Front of House services
* Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and contractors
* Handle telephone, email, and other queries
* Maintain high standards of the Front of House and office areas
* Administer parking and visitor spaces
* Arrange taxis and manage onsite meeting rooms with refreshments and hospitality
Support business processes by managing inboxes and requests such as travel, purchase orders, and inquiries.
Site Operations
* Conduct daily meeting room checks
* Manage mail, courier bookings, and site repairs
* Issue ID and access badges
* Maintain visitors sign-in records
* Ensure office cleanliness and adherence to policies
* Report recycling figures and manage contractors during site visits
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure high satisfaction levels among end users
* Promote engagement and service excellence on site
* Support Facilities Manager with compliance audits
* Oversee delivery of services, repairs, and subcontracted work
* Maintain supplies, re-stock consumables, and manage uniforms
* Conduct visual inspections and support emergency procedures
* Assist with company projects and ad-hoc cleaning tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
