Your new role:
You will be a key member of the Technical Operations Team, responsible for managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the accuracy of data entry for binding/slip processing by in-house and outsourced teams
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders
* Reviewing and improving existing processes for efficiency
* Participating in monthly UMCC meetings to understand underwriting rationale
* Managing endorsement processing data accuracy
Managing outsourced providers:
* Review and update SOPs quarterly
* Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring targets are met
Financial responsibilities:
* Liaising with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly
Data Quality:
* Maintaining accurate binding and endorsement data in Prequel
* Training teams across Lines of Business
* Meeting data quality targets and correcting errors promptly
* Collaborating with Data Quality team for continuous improvement
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
* Understanding month-end procedures and meeting deadlines
* Managing workload and ensuring SLA compliance
* Supporting audits and implementing corrective actions
* Producing management and board reports
* Maintaining binding documentation and participating in projects
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* At least 10 years in the Insurance industry
* Operational/Management experience
* Experience managing outsourced providers
* Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems
* Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Standard, Outlook, and Excel
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to interpret reports and work independently or in teams
* Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
