Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will drive the planning, execution and optimisation of Serenity Holidays’ digital marketing activity across multiple specialist travel brands.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally inquisitive, data-driven and able to translate insights into clear actions that continually improve marketing performance.
You will work across Paid search, AEO, SEO, website content, analytics, campaign performance and digital optimisation helping ensure our digital presence reflects our destination expertise while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (PPC)
* Set up, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving and actioning improvements and results.
* Conduct keyword research and implement improvements to campaign structure and ad copy.
* Manage and optimise bids, budgets and performance metrics including CPC, CTR and conversions.
* Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports with recommendations for optimisation.
SEO
* Support the implementation of on-page SEO improvements across the website.
* Conduct keyword research and optimise website pages and content to improve organic visibility for current and new products.
* Monitor search rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance; recommend and action improvements.
* Identify keyword trends and emerging search demand, sharing insights with the product team to highlight potential new areas of interest.
* Investigate and implement SEO recommendations to improve website performance.
Analytics & User Behaviour
* Monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, recommend and take action.
* Analyse user behaviour including traffic sources, engagement, and conversion journeys.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and marketing reports; analyse, suggest and take action on findings.
* Identify trends, opportunities and potential issues affecting website performance.
* Create, develop and maintain landing pages to support paid search campaigns.
* Support testing and optimisation initiatives to improve conversion rates and user experience.
* Ensure all marketing campaigns are correctly tracked and measured.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
* Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as SE Ranking or Screaming Frog.
* Experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, AI literate.
* Understanding of the role AI can play in development of marketing and your role.
* Experience using Google Tag Manager.
* Basic understanding of conversion tracking and tag management.
