We are recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing Selfridges concession for a well-established, founder-led premium retail brand. Based in the heart of Central London, this is an opportunity to manage one of the brand's most premium locations within one of the UK's most iconic luxury retail destinations.
This concession showcases the brand's most elevated product offering and attracts a highly discerning customer base. It is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a premium retail environment within a brand that blends heritage, quality, and a customer-first approach.
The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you will lead from the front in a hands-on, shop floor-driven role. With approximately 95% of your time spent on the floor, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.
This role requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for luxury retail and client experience. You will have the autonomy to run your concession, with trust placed in your leadership style and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
* Drive store performance, delivering against KPIs including UPT and ATV
* Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with a premium retail environment
* Deliver a seamless, elevated, and highly personalised customer journey
* Oversee rotas, staffing, and day-to-day concession operations with a high level of autonomy
* Build a positive, collaborative culture centred around professionalism, consistency, and service excellence
* Ensure the concession reflects the highest standards of presentation and brand representation at all times
About You
* An experienced retail manager from a premium or luxury retail background
* Naturally warm, engaging, and people-focused
* Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and highly organised
* Passionate about product, styling, retail, and visual merchandising
* Experienced in delivering exceptional service within a luxury or premium environment
* A strong leader who develops their team through trust, coaching, and accountability rather than micromanagement
