Are you a people person with a flair for sales?
We’re hiring enthusiastic and proactive Retail Sales Assistants / Brand Ambassadors / Beauty Advisors / Sales Consultants to represent leading brands in-stores around London during the busiest (and most exciting!) time of the year.
Retail Sales Assistants - Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in-store
Approach and interact with shoppers to build rapport and identify their needs
Communicate product benefits with confidence and clarity
Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or treat for themselves
Drive conversions and upsell where possible
Hit sales targets and contribute to team success
Embody brand values and stay informed on product knowledge
Support your team in maintaining a high-performing retail environment
What We’re Looking For
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with new people
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Results-driven with a can-do attitude
Reliable, well-presented, and enthusiastic
Available for immediate start with flexibility through to December
