About the Position Position title : Principal Recruitment Consultant Location: Dubai, UAE, One JLT - 5 days in office Mon-Fri Business: Harris & Co Executive Search This position requires previous experience in Recruitment (min. 1-2 years) - open to various markets. You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market with later opportunities to expand into other geographic regions (MENA & APAC) ; market specialism will be dependant business & team. Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships. Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation. Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends. Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success. Keep the CRM & databases updated. What is in it for you?
