About the role
1. You will be based at our Fareham Depot, SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd, Enterprise Park, Military Road, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8TU
2. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
3. You will be earning £27,126.40, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ Benefits
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Support Officer supporting our Corporate Accounts in your region, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers who need quick, accurate support. Whether you’re handling a query, guiding a customer through a process, or helping colleagues resolve an issue, you will play an essential role in delivering reliable, sustainable services that make a positive impact.
Key responsibilities include:
4. Logging customer enquiries through internal systems and directing them to the correct teams for swift resolution.
5. Working collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of the business to ensure customers receive accurate, timely responses.
6. Completing general office administration to help keep operations running smoothly.
What are the requirements?
7. A helpful, solution‑focused approach to resolving queries in a professional, efficient manner.
8. Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential, we’ll provide training and support.
9. An interest in the waste management or sustainability sector is a bonus, but not required.
10. Confidence using your initiative, while also working effectively as part of a team.
