You will manage a varied caseload, from shared ownership stair-casing and reassignments to tenant purchases, remortgages and disposals, handling each transaction from initial enquiry to legal completion. As the main contact for residents, buyers and vendors, youll provide clear communication, ensure a smooth customer experience, and maintain full compliance with Homes England, local authority and regulatory requirements. Working closely with solicitors, valuers, lenders, estate agents and internal teams, youll coordinate actions, resolve issues and keep sales progressing on time. Youll need to accurately interpret legal and financial information, maintain up-to-date records and ensure marketing details remain compliant. Alongside meeting Anti Money Laundering, data protection and audit obligations, youll support continuous improvement and contribute to an efficient, well-governed sales service. Youll take pride in delivering professional, supportive customer service, be highly organised in managing multiple cases, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and work effectively within established policies and frameworks. Proactive and solutions-focused, youll take ownership of your caseload, apply legal and financial information correctly, and understand the importance of accurate records and strong compliance. What Youll Need Must haves: Awareness of residential sales processes and how transactions progress through each stage. Understanding of compliance requirements including Homes England guidance, nomination agreements, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and data protection. Appreciation of governance, audit trails and accurate record keeping in a regulated housing or property environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Strong attention to detail; able to interpret legal and financial information and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Effective relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners. A proactive, solution focused approach to progressing transactions and resolving issues. Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for business use.
