As a Brand Licensing and Partnership Coordinator you will work across the team to ensure that we can manage and support licensees and partners, a critical growth area for our business. Through co-ordinating enquiries, working closely with Marketing, Design & Sales teams you will ensure that licensing initiatives are supported and are connected to the core business.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of a broad range of administrative and organisational responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless and efficient operation of this dynamic department. Your proactive approach will help ensure processes run smoothly and support the wider team in achieving its goals.
* Provide essential support to the licensing and partnerships team by managing commercial tasks such as facilitating NDAs, drafting bespoke agreements, and verifying royalty statements for product accuracy.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all general enquiries within the department, offering prompt, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to both internal and external stakeholders, thereby ensuring clear communication and positive experiences.
* Curate and compile engaging licensing highlights and newsletters for internal communications, keeping colleagues informed and inspired by sharing successes, innovations, and key developments within the licensing programme.
* Actively contribute to the planning and administration of events, ensuring that every detail is considered and executed to the highest standard.
* Undertake research and provide support in identifying new licensing partners and opportunities, helping to drive business growth by staying ahead of market trends and expanding our network of collaborators.
* Assist in preparing impactful presentation materials and comprehensive information packs for pitches, brand initiatives, and departmental purposes, ensuring our messaging is clear, persuasive, and tailored to the audience.
* Take responsibility for project managing and coordinating a select group of licensees, fostering effective collaboration and delivering successful outcomes for both Sanderson Design Group and its partners.
Skills and Experience Required:

Previous licensing experience would be an advantage.
