A rewarding and exciting role, shaping and developing our brand new supported housing project for families. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of the support programme offered, as well as management of the 3 homes and shared outdoor space that make up May Cottages. There will be opportunity to creatively approach supporting families and find ways to enable them to flourish. The role will also include representing The Salvation Army in speaking into the wider homelessness conversation across the island.

Full-time 35 hours/week. Permanent contract.
