Senior Learning Experience Designer – 12-Month Contract

A leading global organisation is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join its Sales Enablement function on a 12-month contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing learning that empowers international sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and CA/LATAM to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Design with Purpose
* Architect performance-driven enablement programmes aligned to business and regional goals.
* Apply proven learning methodologies (ADDIE/SAM) to create impactful experiences.
* Analyse needs and recommend the right blend of vILT, ILT, eLearning, microlearning, or other formats.
* Act as a trusted learning partner to senior stakeholders, advising on strategies that drive real results.
* Blend technology, data, and AI-driven insights to personalise and enhance learning outcomes.
Create Exceptional Content
* Develop engaging materials - eLearning modules, videos, playbooks, onboarding guides, and job aids.
* Use advanced tools including GenAI platforms, Notebook LM, Gemini, ChatGPT, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Docebo, Canva, and more.
* Leverage AI to ideate, script, summarise, and optimise content for speed and impact.
* Ensure all learning is visually polished, inclusive, and suitable for diverse international audiences.
Own the Entire Learning Journey
* Manage projects from discovery through design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
* Work cross-functionally with enablement teams, facilitators, and business leaders.
* Use analytics and feedback to measure success and continuously improve solutions.
* Communicate progress and outcomes clearly across global teams.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Sales Enablement.
* Strong track record in end-to-end development of impactful learning solutions.
* Deep understanding of adult learning theory and performance-based design.
* Advanced proficiency in GenAI tools and modern learning technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Docebo).
* Creative storytelling and excellent communication skills.
* Strong project management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.
* Fluency in English; French is a bonus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
