Relationship Manager – Invoice Finance

£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
An ambitious and fast-growing alternative finance lender is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients across the South East, Essex, and Kent regions.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients, ensuring strong risk management whilst delivering a high level of service and client retention.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients.
* Building strong relationships with business owners, introducers, and stakeholders.
* Conducting client review meetings and site visits.
* Monitoring facility performance, risk, and profitability.
* Identifying opportunities to increase utilisation and cross-sell additional products.
* Working closely with Operations, Risk, and Business Development teams.
* Supporting new deal onboarding and facility implementation.
* Ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience within Invoice Finance, Factoring, or Asset Based Lending
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients within a Relationship Manager or Account Management capacity
* Strong understanding of risk, reconciliations, and facility operations
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously across a regional territory
* A proactive and commercial mindset
