As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Railway Sponsors at all levels – Assistant Sponsor, Project Sponsor, and Senior Sponsor – to join our team and help shape the future of rail infrastructure delivery. These roles place you at the forefront of transformative rail projects, working with clients such as Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Local Authorities, and Private Developers.
Locations: Our main offices are in Birmingham and Manchester, but we’re recruiting UK-wide for the right talent.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
• Have experience in rail sponsorship or project management
• Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Bring fresh ideas and a proactive mindset
• Understand the importance of value, efficiency, and innovation in project delivery
• Are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and disciplines
• Have experience or interest in business case development, governance, and benefits realisation
• Understand rail industry governance, compliance, and funding mechanisms
• Possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Have commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and value-for-money assessments
What You’ll Do
Depending on your level, you may:
• Lead early-stage development, defining business cases and establishing benefits
• Provide expert sponsorship support to projects in progress
• Ensure robust governance arrangements and compliance
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Drive performance and continuous improvement
• Contribute to shaping commercial frameworks and delivery models
