About the Role
Are you a people person with a calm, empathetic approach? Join our growing team in Biggleswade as a Contact Centre Agent, where youll play a key role in supporting customers with their accounts and payments always with a respectful, solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to payments and account queries
* Support customers with missed payments, offering practical and non-judgmental solutions
* Clearly explain payment options, next steps, and responsibilities
* Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
* Maintain accurate records and work in line with industry regulations
* Contribute positively to the team and deliver a great customer experience
Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Up to 10% annual performance bonus
* 6% employer pension contribution (matched)

About The Candidate
What You Bring
* Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections is preferred
* Strong communication and listening skills
* A calm, respectful, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
* Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Confidence using IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
