Forklift Driver (with Grounds Maintenance Duties)
Location: Sandwich
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday 0730-1600
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Driver to join our team in an industrial environment. This is a dual-role position, where you will be responsible not only for operating forklifts to move materials and goods safely and efficiently but also for assisting with grounds maintenance duties to ensure a clean, safe, and presentable site.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklift trucks safely and in accordance with company procedures
* Load and unload goods, materials, and deliveries
* Move products to and from storage areas
* Carry out basic site and grounds maintenance (e.g. clearing debris, cutting grass, maintaining walkways)
* Support warehouse and yard operations as required
* Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
* Previous experience in a similar industrial or warehouse environment
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
