Set within 365 acres of stunning Perthshire countryside, Murrayshall Country Estate is evolving – fast. With luxury accommodation, golf, events, weddings, exceptional food & drink all under one estate, we’re looking for a commercially-minded leader to help shape the next chapter of our growth.
We’re searching for a Commercial Director who can bring fresh thinking, strong leadership and serious commercial energy across sales and marketing.
This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities.
It’s for someone who creates them.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the commercial direction of the estate, driving revenue, visibility and brand growth across all areas of the business.
That means:
* Developing and delivering the commercial strategy
* Leading sales, marketing and revenue activity and direction
* Growing corporate, leisure, weddings, golf and events business
* Building strong local, national and industry relationships
* Identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
* Working closely with operational teams to maximise performance
* Using data, insight and creativity to drive results
* PR, partnerships and promotions
* Digital presence and campaigns
* Inspiring, developing and energising the team around you which includes the Sales and Events team.
What We’re Looking For
You will already be a Commercial Director, Head of Sales & Marketing or senior commercial leader within hospitality, hotels, travel, leisure or luxury experiences.
Most importantly, you’ll be:
* Commercially sharp and strategically minded
* Confident leading both sales and marketing functions
* Creative, proactive and full of ideas
* Strong with people, partnerships and relationship building
* Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery
* Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
* Driven by results – but collaborative in how you achieve them

The Details
* Permanent Role – Part time/Full time. All options considered. We are flexible!
* Salary £45-60k dependent on experience + bonus and commission potential
* 30 days holiday per annum
