Role responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social platforms.
* Produce compelling content for brochures, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
* Manage and grow social media channels to build brand awareness and drive event registrations.
* Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and SEO optimisation.
* Support partnership marketing, coordinating promotional deliverables with sponsors and exhibitors.
* Conduct market research and analyse campaign data to optimise performance.
* Deliver email marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support event delivery.
* Track and report on key campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Candidate background / the right fit
* 1-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally within events, media, or B2B environments.
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple channels.
* Confident managing social media and website updates using CMS tools.
* Comfortable using CRM or marketing automation platforms.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Experience with Canva and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
* Collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and enthusiasm for events.
