You convert the global strategy into actionable roadmaps with the support of Product Managers and Business Analysts. As part of the Global Payment Tribe, you will design global payment solutions adaptable for local implementation. This requires balancing abstraction and local execution to ensure effective delivery. You Capture and formalize business requirements in functional specifications & payment flows, document the payment service catalogue The ability to challenge legacy paradigms and shape future-looking payment acceptance strategies. You are a product leader with strong business acumen and deep experience in payments. You operate confidently at the intersection of product, architecture, and go-to-market strategy. You know how to align technical capabilities with commercial value, and you’re passionate about building scalable, modern solutions. You bring:Proven experience in payment product management, particularly in payment activation, acceptance, issuing, or acquiring.Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to lead transformation programs across multiple markets.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders (tech, ops, compliance, business). Project Leadership with proven ability to lead cross-functional, international payment projects with a PMO focus.Strategic & Analytical Thinking with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-makingTeam Management: Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
