£60,000 | Monday-Friday (2-3 evenings as required)
We're seeking a talented Hospitality Head Chef to deliver exceptional, client-facing hospitality within a prestigious law firm. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you'll drive a refined, creative food offering where quality, consistency, and presentation are paramount.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-end hospitality aligned with the overall culinary vision
Create innovative, seasonal menus
Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH, and food safety regulations
Manage allergens, risk assessments, and safe working practices
Support cost control and operational planning
Adapt menus for events and evening hospitality
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-quality hospitality
Creative, passionate, and standards-driven
Strong, people-focused leader
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and food compliance
Experienced in prestigious, client-facing environments
