Earn up to £26,526.23 per year pro rata. A pay approach that recognises your value from day one and beyond. All Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 pro rata). After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£26,526.23 pro rata). Our Livingston service is growing with an exciting new housing development at Crusader Rise. The new development will provide housing to those with additional support needs who will require Care & Support packages.
You will be joining our Support Practitioners in Dedridge, who already operate a small outreach service. The Livingston Service currently supports three people in their own homes; some need 24‑hour support while others need short periods of support.
There will be three new supported people requiring 24‑hour care, with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health and epilepsy.
