About The Role
Are you an experienced operational leader and accomplished project manager with a passion for digital transformation, platform delivery and service excellence? We are seeking a Digital Mail Project Manager to join our Corporate Digital Mail Centre, playing a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative, secure and customer‑focused digital mail and hybrid communication solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to thrive in complex, multi‑stream environments, combining operational leadership with the ability to drive strategic digital change across platforms. You will directly influence how digital mail services evolve, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance and customer experience.
In this role you will lead, inspire and develop high‑performing operational teams, embedding a culture of accountability, engagement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
Lead and develop operational teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, drive strategic digital change across platforms and services, deliver measurable improvements, embed continuous improvement practices and foster a culture of efficiency, compliance and customer focus.
Required Experience and Skills
* Proven experience in operational leadership and project management, ideally within digital mail, document management or hybrid communication environments.
* Strong working knowledge of Planet Press (Objectif Lune) or similar document/template management systems.
* A solid understanding of document composition, data merging and multi‑channel output workflows (print, PDF, email and digital delivery).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong technology and digital capability, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS Teams and broader digital collaboration tools.
* A proactive and forward‑thinking approach, with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and identify emerging opportunities in digital technology and automation.
* Strong organisational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities in a complex environment.
* A continuous improvement and innovation mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance compliance and customer experience.
