Sales Director – High-end Events, London, £80,000 - £85,000 + Commission
We are working with a high-end London events business who are seeking a Sales Director to elevate the business and help achieve ambitious growth in the next phase of their journey. As a brand they are super passionate about great food, fantastic service, and providing amazing experiences for their guests!
You will be a creative and results-driven individual, with strong leaderships skills, and passion for delivering excellence,
The role:
 * 
 * Create and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
 * Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
 * Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients
 * Continuously analyse the London event market, identifying trends, competition, and opportunities
 * Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
 * Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
 * Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements
The ideal candidate:
 * 
 * Proven track sales record from an events background
 * Excellent industry knowledge
 * Excellent communicator and enjoys building new relationships
 * Strong presentation, pitching and negotiation skills
 * Excellent team leadership skills
 * A strategic thinker with a love for the details
 * Super personable and well presented
