Responsibilities
The role involves designing and delivering racquet sports programmes, including coaching pathways, group sessions, competitions, and outreach activities. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring coaching staff.
* Managing schedules and resources.
* Fostering community engagement through partnerships and marketing initiatives.
* Monitoring performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health standards.
Qualifications
Essential requirements include:
* LTA Level 4 (or equivalent), Accreditation+, coaching experience, leadership skills, and valid certifications.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Level 5, experience in public leisure settings, and IT literacy.
Full-time hours include evenings and weekends with flexibility during events and holidays.
