Come and join our team
Bryngwyn School is seeking to appoint a Casual Assistant Site Manager to support the management of our new 3G pitch and wider community hire programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join the school at a time of significant investment and development in our facilities.
The successful candidate will:
* Supervise community lettings and ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-prepared.
* Act as the main point of contact for hirers, providing a professional and supportive service.
* Set up equipment, lighting, and spaces as required.
* Maintain health, safety, and security standards, including securing the site at the end of bookings.
Hours will be on a casual basis, typically between 5.00pm and 10.00pm on weekdays and Saturday and Sunday mornings, depending on bookings. Lone working is a regular feature of the role, so applicants should be confident working independently, reliable, and able to use their initiative.
This position is well suited to individuals who are mature, responsible, and flexible, with good communication skills and a commitment to supporting the school's community engagement.
