We are working with a market-leading, customer engagement and loyalty business to find a CRM Executive to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
* Build, deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging.
* Own everything from briefing and testing through to performance analysis.
* Work closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams to drive engagement, improve retention and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Contribute to strategy and continuously optimise journeys through data, segmentation and A/B testing.
Benefits
The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Huddersfield office. Salary up to £30,000 plus strong development opportunities, up to 43 days annual leave and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 weeks.
