Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northfield (B31) who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with ASD, language delays and communication needs. The child uses Makaton and PECS as well as benefiting from calm, consistent adult support throughout the school day. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, ideal for a TA who is passionate about SEN and early intervention.
