Business Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Administrator
with strong Excel and reporting skills, ideally a background in business analysis, and experience in sales reporting and KPIs. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage day-to-day business operations, and support the sales team through accurate order processing and quotation management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate reports using
Microsoft Excel
.
* Process
sales orders
and prepare
sales quotations
using existing templates.
* Handle
customer enquiries
primarily via email, with follow-up calls if needed.
* To Issue Quotations and update records on the CRM system
* Use
Sage 200
for order processing.
* Collaborate with internal team members and train with the sales quotation lead to gain in-depth
product knowledge
.
* Provide frontline support for sales and customer service queries.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
* Analyse data for business decision-making and performance tracking.
Requirements
:
Essential:
* Strong
Microsoft Excel
skills (reporting and analysis).
* Experience in
business administration
or
business analysis
.
* Ability to manage
quotations and sales orders
independently.
* Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
* Comfortable working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to learning.
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of
Sage 200
(training will be provided if needed).
