This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mental health professional seeking stable weekday working hours within a supportive NHS service. Role Overview The successful candidate will work as part of an established community team, supporting adults with a range of mental health conditions. Duties will typically include: Managing a defined caseload of service users with complex mental health needs Completing mental health assessments, formulating care plans, and delivering evidence based interventions Conducting risk assessments and implementing safe, effective risk management plans Liaising closely with Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Support Workers, Psychologists and the wider MDT Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards Providing crisis intervention and urgent support where requiredThis is a structured, Monday–Friday role with no weekend or evening commitments.
