Role: SEMH Tecahing Assistant
Salary: £23 - £27k per Annum
Location: Teaching Assistant SEMH
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Start time 8.15am -3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and provide feedback on pupil behaviour, relationships, and attitudes.
* Encourage positive conduct and concentration, responding effectively to behavioural changes.
* Develop positive rapport with pupils to foster a secure and engaging learning environment.
* Support independence and personal growth while maintaining high standards of behaviour.
* Deliver and adapt learning activities under teacher guidance, reinforcing key concepts.
* Organise and provide resources to support lesson objectives.
* Facilitate inclusive learning experiences that promote achievement across all curriculum areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A patient, caring and positive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
* Previous experience working with children in a school setting
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
